Why were tours not available before?
For safety reasons, tours were not available at BARK U’s prior location. The building setup did not allow us to safely bring clients into the daycare and boarding area without stressing out the animals and causing disturbances to the yard and structure of the day. As a result, in order to prioritize the well-being and comfort of the animals, tours were not conducted within the facility.

During your guided tour, you’ll have the opportunity to witness the BARK U difference firsthand. You will be able to see our dedicated staff members engage with the dogs, providing enriching activities and fostering positive social interactions. You will also be able to view our luxury accommodations and suites. While there, you will also experience the joy and excitement that fills our facility as dogs romp and play in our thoughtfully designed play areas.

You will be able to book a guided tour of our facility with our easy-to-use online portal. This streamlined process allows you to choose a date and time that works best for you and your schedule. If you are unable to visit our ultimate dog destination in person, we will have a virtual walk-through tour on our website.
