Get started by creating an account and registering through our Customer Portal. Once fully registered, you can use the portal to book or change any reservations. If you need help navigating the portal or have questions, give us a call 215-486-2200.
If you are new to Bark U and need a reservation within 72-hours or this is an emergency, please call 215-486-2200 and press 1 and then 2 to reach our front desk.
All dogs are required to have a Temperament Assessment prior to their first day of service. Once you have registered your account, you can schedule your assessment right on the portal by clicking the Book Now button and following the “Request a Temperament Assessment” prompts.
If you are interested in having your dog enroll in one of our training programs, create an account and then call our office to speak with a Certified Professional Trainer so we can discuss which training program is the best fit for you and your dog.
At this time, we are no longer taking new grooming clients. If you wish to be placed on our waitlist, upon registration select the Grooming Client Only button. We will contact you when a spot opens up.
