We communicate along the way with our text ahead feature so you will be notified when the driver is on the way! You’ll be comforted knowing that you’ll be coming home at the end of the day to a pampered, tired, happy dog!

**Due to demand and popularity, we have had to limit the areas that we service. Call the office to confirm if your address is in our service area. Please note this is not a Mobile Grooming Service but rather a shuttle service.

What if I am not Home?

If no one will be home we will need either a garage, door or lockbox code to gain entry into the house so that we can safely secure your dog inside. On the first day, we recommend that you are home so that you can show the Driver how to get into the house and go through any other entry instructions such as alarm codes that will be needed. After that you do not need to be home for our Driver to pick-up or drop-off your dog. Dogs must be dropped off and safely secured in the house upon drop off. We will not leave a dog in a yard.

What are the Pick up and Drop Off times?

Due to traffic and route changes we cannot provide an exact time that your dog will be picked-up or dropped off which is why we provide a window. You will receive a text ahead when the driver is en route to your house.

Monday – Friday
Between 8:00am-9:30am
and 3:30pm-5:00pm

Do you Offer the Bus on the Weekends?

We do not offer the bus service on Saturdays and Sundays.
